Mindfulness

In tune with the present.

Ok so we’ll explore meditation so what is mindfulness? Are they not the same thing?

Similar yes, but a practice whilst you interact with the world around you. here we’ll explore how to be mindful, what impact is has on you and your interaction with the world around you in every moment as you live it; experiencing only the task you are doing at hand and concentrating on your breathing, using the breath to centre you.

The art of mindfulness will change you and your interactions and responses with the universe and the profound changes will shape a new positive reality for you.

I recommend reading, The Miracle Of Mindfulness by Thich Nhat Hahn. Here I will try to condense his teaching into a simplified form for you to try for yourself and take further your research to advance your practice. Be ready, there’s a super page full of this, right here, coming soon!
